Return Window
We accept returns within 1 year of the date the item is received.
Eligibility
- Items must be undamaged to be eligible for return.
- Items with quality defects are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping fees covered by us.
- Returns due to personal preference (no quality issue) are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders that have not yet shipped will be refunded in full within 24 hours of the cancellation request.
Custom Orders
- Custom/personalized orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a 60% refund.
- Once shipped, custom orders are non-refundable.
