Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 3-7 business days for in-stock items; made-to-order beds may require additional production time.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. We partner with specialized freight carriers (LTL).
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Times: Via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.
4. Freight Delivery Process

Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 4-hour).

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold. Driver will not bring inside/upstairs unless White Glove service purchased.

Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.
5. White Glove Delivery
Available for an additional fee (select at checkout). Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
6. Packaging

Beds/Nightstands/Wardrobes: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; glass components (if any) individually wrapped and marked "Fragile."
7. Damage Claims

Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of damage and all packaging. Keep all packaging for inspection.
8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order items may have cancellation fees if production has begun.
