1. Products & Orders

• We sell bedroom furniture: beds, nightstands, and wardrobes.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (wood grain, fabric dye lots). These variations are not defects.

• Made-to-order items may have extended lead times (stated on product page).

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Furniture Safety (Anti-Tip):

• Use anti-tip devices provided with wardrobes and tall nightstands to prevent tipping, especially if children are present.

• Place on level, stable surface.

• Do not open multiple drawers simultaneously.

• Place heavier items on lower shelves.

Beds:

• Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

• Ensure slats or foundation are properly installed to support mattress.

• Use box spring only if recommended by manufacturer.

General:

• Adhere to weight limits.

• Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

3. Furniture Safety Standards
Products comply with applicable ASTM F3096 (Anti-Tip) standards for clothing storage units where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, overloading, tipping from failure to use anti-tip devices, accidents).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
