1. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing: In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days. Made-to-order beds may take 4-8 weeks (production time noted on product page).

  • Shipping: Items via freight carrier: 7-20 business days. You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination. All items have separate freight charges shown at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?
Yes, most items require assembly (attaching headboards/footboards, side rails, legs, shelves, doors, hardware). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people.

9. What is the weight capacity?
Each product listing specifies maximum weight limits. Do not exceed these limits. For beds, this includes mattress weight plus sleepers.

10. How do I care for my furniture?

  • Wood: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters; avoid direct sunlight.

  • Upholstered: Vacuum regularly; spot clean with mild detergent; professional cleaning recommended.

  • Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

  • General: Check hardware periodically and tighten if needed.

11. What is LTL freight delivery?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased.

12. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not discard packaging.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options (Affirm/Klarna) for larger purchases.
